Staff New Requirments and System!

The New Staff System!
So basically on every Friday I will post a thread saying
for all staff to tell what they did through the week.
- Each staff member has untill 12:00 am Eastern Canada time of Sunday to report back.
- If a staff member does not reply or does not meet the requirments they will be demoted.
- If a staff member constantly meets requirments they may be premoted.
- If there is a special event during this time, the staff member will be passed (does not have to post).
- Let's say you say there was no'one to help, then I will check old posts to see if you could have helped anyone.
If you could have then you will recieve a warning! 3 warnings and you will be demoted.
ANY QUESTIONS REPLY TO THIS POST!
Helpers!

- Try to help out with threads. (if one needs deletion, delete it... thats what I mean)

I think this is a good idea.
P.S i think we should delete some old stickies because the list is hell long.
but ill leave thatup to you its your decision
just oneissue: its hard to remember what we did all week. maybe not for all but for me it is.

Good idea, but it is kinda bad on some part (IMO)
Good because it will make staff more active ]
Bad because it forces us to leave our life in some way, and that some people dont come for help, just for hacks so it is kinda pointless on that mode
however it is a personal opinion only, it might actually work.

U both dont get me wrong, i like the idea and my point was that, for example that maybe its about to be friday and u have to scout, scouting is what takes time, also i wrote just on some way.
I do not disagree with the idea, it may be effective.
