Right-Clicking doesn't work? Empty Right-Clicking doesn't work?

I need some help with my mouse.
On the desktop, whenever I try to right click a program nothing comes up.
It worked before and now I can't do it. My right click wont work for the desktop.
Somebody know whats wrong?

Try Checking For Updates.
Or Restarting Your Computer
If those Don't work Perform a sytem restore
If all above fails perform a full sytem reset or change OS's
